Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'octroi d'une durée d'utilisation de services téléphoniques prépayée à partir d'un guichet automatique (GA) ou d'un dispositif de point de vente (terminal PV), à un utilisateur d'un desdits dispositifs. Les numéros d'identification personnel PIN obtenus d'un fournisseur de services téléphoniques et désignant chacun une durée d'utilisation de services téléphoniques prépayée, sont à la disposition du terminal GA ou PV. Le dispositif demande à l'utilisateur/trice si il/elle désire acheter du crédit téléphonique. Lors de la sélection, par un utilisateur, d'une durée d'utilisation de services téléphoniques prépayée et le paiement pour ladite durée achetée, le dispositif sélectionne un numéro PIN particulier auquel est associé la durée téléphonique correspondant à la durée d'utilisation de services téléphoniques achetée par l'utilisateur, et fournit ledit numéro PIN à l'utilisateur. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le numéro PIN est fournit à l'utilisateur par impression sur l'imprimante d'extrait de compte existante du GA, ou sur l'imprimante d'extrait de compte d'un terminal PV si celui-ci est prévu. Un GA permettant aux utilisateurs d'acheter une durée d'utilisation de services téléphoniques chez un fournisseur de services téléphoniques parmi plusieurs, est également décrit.
