Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil servant à déterminer des données d'affinité entre un ligand et une cible, comprenant des organes (10) de calcul destinés à recevoir des informations représentant une cible et un ligand susceptible d'interagir avec la cible sur un de ses sites de réception, et à déterminer une valeur d'affinité représentant l'énergie d'association entre ladite cible et le ligand en fonction des informations reçues, et des organes (3) de comparaison destinés à délivrer des données représentant un niveau d'affinité entre la cible et le ligand en fonction de la valeur d'affinité cible/ligand et d'un paramètre de référence sélectionné.
