Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et procédés de surveillance de transactions et de composantes sur des sites web. Un module de surveillance universelle, pour appeler un agent de transaction associé au site web, émet notamment une commande HTTP GET à destination d'un URL unique associé à cet agent de transaction. L'agent de transaction, qui peut avoir été personnalisé par le propriétaire du site web pour tester l'atteignabilité et la fonctionnalité des composantes du site web, réalise au moine une transaction sur le site web et communique les résultats selon un format de compte rendu normalisé facilement analysable par le module de surveillance universelle. Ce module de surveillance universelle réagit alors, notamment en alertant les intervenants responsables du site, sur la base des données communiquées. Le recours à ce type de surveillance permet des fonctions de surveillance personnalisées bien qu'adaptables en taille.
