Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production in vitro de tissu de remplacement biologique vital au moyen de cultures cellulaires et d'un substrat. Ce procédé consiste à soumettre une construction cellules-tissu, constituée du substrat et des cultures cellulaires, à une sollicitation mécanique fluctuante qui associe notamment un écoulement pulsé d'un milieu de culture cellulaire et un mouvement pulsé de la construction cellules-tissu.
