Abstract

The invention concerns an isolated or purified polypeptide and the polynucleotide encoding it inducing, through activation of initiator caspase 8, the formation of apoptotic bodies capable of stimulating in a vertebrate a humoral immune response and preferably, a B-dependent humoral immune response.
