Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé logiciels permettant de gérer une facturation spéciale ou complexe pour des clients d'un grand service d'utilité publique. Des services d'utilité publique qui facturent à des clients l'utilisation d'un produit ou un service (par ex. électricité, gaz naturel, eau, pétrole ou essence, téléphone, câble, communication mobile, ou n'importe quel autre service mesuré), peuvent utiliser ce système et ce procédé logiciels pour produire des factures ou des relevés de facturation pour leurs clients. Des exigences de facturation spéciales pour chaque client de service d'utilité publique peuvent dépendre de produits à facturation spéciale offerts par le service d'utilité publique. Des données concernant ces produits à facturation spéciale peuvent être entrées dans un tableau d'attribution de produits avec des données de clients et d'utilisation. Le système et le procédé logiciels calculent automatiquement des déterminants de facturation à l'aide des données du tableau d'attribution de produits et appliquent les taux et prix appropriés pour produire une facture ou un relevé de facturation.
