Abstract

La présente invention a trait à de nouvelles compositions et des procédés pour le traitement de la maladie dégénérative du disque intervertébral. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention a trait à la préparation de cellules du nucleus pulposus comportant des cellules du nucleus pulposus purifiées. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, l'invention a trait à des procédés de traitement de la maladie dégénérative du disque intervertébral chez un individu comportant l'implantation de cellules du nucleus pulposus dans l'espace de pulposus de noyau d'un disque dégénéré de l'individu. D'autres modes de réalisation de l'invention ont trait à des procédés permettant la génération de cellules de nucleus pulposus.
