Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un échafaudage implantable destiné à réparer un tissu endommagé ou malade, qui comprend l'étape consistant à suspendre des pièces d'un matériau de matrice extracellulaire dans un liquide. Ledit matériau de matrice extracellulaire et ledit liquide sont mis en forme de masse. Le liquide est par la suite retiré afin que des interstices soient formés dans la masse. L'invention concerne également des échafaudages implantables poreux obtenus selon ce procédé.
