Generally, the vehicle has side iriirrors mounted at its side doors by which a driver
can easily secure the rear view. The side mirrors are rotated using an automatic driving motor in order for the driver can easily secure the rear views.
Referring now to Fig. 1, a perspective view of a side rnirror in a conventional vehicle will be below described.
A front glass has a wiper mounted at its front side that intermittently drives to remove a drop of water in the front glass. Therefore, the front view can be easily secured.
However, a drop of water is formed on the side mirror 95 for securing the rear view, which
makes the driver difficult to see the rear view. Due to this, the driver must give a careful attention to drive the vehicle in a rainy day.
If the vehicle having this side mirror 95 is driven in a rainy day, a drop of water is formed on the entire surfaces of the side mirror 95. Or, if the vehicle having this side mirror 95 is driven in a sunny day, an alien substance is formed on the surface of the side
mirror 95. Thus, the reflection area is significantly reduced if the drop of water or the alien substance is formed on the surface of the side rnirror 95. Due to this, there is a
problem that the rear view could not be easily secured.
In order to remove the drop of water or the alien substance, a thermal line unit for
generating a heat is mounted on the mirror surface of the side mirror 95. The thermal line
unit makes the drop of water a vapor using the heat generated by an electric power such as a battery, etc. The thermal line unit needs lots of time to make the drop of water a vapor.
Therefore, there is a problem that the rear view could not be secured within a short period
of time during driving.
Further, as the drop of water is evaporated, the alien substance on the surface of the mirror is stained. As a result, there is a problem that the stained alien substance must be wiped up with a cloth.

Fig. 2 is a dismantled perspective view of a side glass spray mean in a side mirror of
a vehicle according to the present invention, Fig. 3 is a coupled perspective view of the side glass spray mean in the side mirror of the vehicle in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of
the side glass spray mean in the side mirror of the vehicle in Fig. 2, and Fig. 5 shows a state that the side mirror of the vehicle according to the present invention is applied.
As shown in the drawings, an air spray mean of a vehicle according to the present invention includes a side glass 100 and a side mirror 95.
The present invention is characterized in that an air compressor 10 for spraying a compressed air is included within the body of the vehicle, and a side glass spray means and a
side mirror spray means for spraying the compressed air from the air compressor 10 toward
the side glass 100 and the side mirror 95 are included.
The side rnirror spray means includes side mirror airflow tubes 25 formed on an outer circumference of the side mirror 95, and a plurality of side mirror spray nozzles 30 formed between the side mirror airflow tubes 25 for spraying the compressed air.
The side rnirror spray means includes side glass airflow tubes 35 and a connection
element 55. At this time, the side glass airflow tubes 35 are extended from a branch
adaptor 15. The connection element 55 includes a rack gear 40 having an aperture therein and on its lower outer side, latch-fixing jaws 45 projected in a longitudinal direction in a regular distance, screw grooves 50 on its outer side.
Further, the side mirror spray means includes a spray unit 70 and fixing cap 75.
The spray unit 70 has latch prominence and depression elements 60 by which they are
inserted into the latch fixing jaws 45 of the connection element 55, the screw grooves 50 at its lower outer side, and a side glass spray nozzle 65 on its upper side for spraying the
compressed air toward the side glass 100. The fixing cap 75 fixes the connection element
55 and the screw groove 50 of a spray unit 70 with the latch fixing jaws 45 of the
connection element 55 and the latch jaws 60 of the spray unit 70 coupled one another.
Also, the side mirror spray means includes a driving motor 80 for forward backward rotating the connection element 55 by a controller 20, and a pinion gear 85 geared with the rack gear 40 formed at a lower side of the connection element 55 for
driving the connection element 55 by the driving motor 80.
Meanwhile, a cover 90 is formed at a portion where the outer side of the side
rnirror 95 and the side glass spray means meet. The cover 90 and is opened when the side
glass spray mean is moved forward toward the outside for driving and is closed by a spring when the side glass spray means is loaded into the side rnirror 95. An operation of the air spray unit of the present invention will be below described by reference to the drawings.
In order to remove a drop of water in a rainy day and an alien substance in a sunny
day, if the driver drives the air spray unit in the side mirror of the vehicle, a signal is
transmitted via the controller 20 for controlling the air compressor 10 and the driving motor
80.
At this time, the driving motor 80 is forward rotated and thus pushes the spray unit 90 on an upper side of which the side glass spray nozzles 65 are formed toward the outside of the side glass 95 by means of the movement of the pinion gear 85 and the rack gear 40. Thus, the cover 90 is opened.
At the same time, a compressed air generated in the air compressor 10 is diverged
