Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de représentation de produits imprimés à surface profilée, en particulier d'écriture braille, sans gravures dans le support d'impression. Selon ce procédé, une image imprimée est d'abord produite sur un support d'impression dans une presse. Des granulés gonflants sont ensuite appliqués sur l'image fraîchement imprimée, ces granulés n'adhérant que sur les points fraîchement imprimés. Les granulés n'adhérant pas sont ensuite retirés du support d'impression puis, dans une dernière opération, les granulés gonflants sont gonflés par traitement thermique à des températures comprises entre 60 et 200 °C. Cette invention concerne également un produit d'impression fabriqué selon ledit procédé, lequel produit présente un aspect quelconque et est, de préférence, imprimé des deux côtés.
