Abstract

A writing implement, comprising an ink storage chamber (2), a pen body (7) fitted to the tip of a writing implement body, a reservoir chamber (3) formed between the ink storage chamber (2) and the pen body (7) and allowed to communicate with the atmosphere, partition walls (8) separating the reservoir chamber (3) from the ink storage chamber (2) and having through holes (8a) formed at the center parts thereof, a slender ink feed body (15) feeding ink in the ink storage chamber (2) to the pen body (7) and inserted into the through holes (8a) with a specified clearance provided therebetween, characterized in that a separator (30) having a through hole (30a) allowing the ink feed body (15) to be inserted therein at a clearance is installed on the inside wall of the reservoir chamber (3), and grooves (30b) for guiding the ink flowing out from the through hole (30a) to the inside wall of the reservoir chamber are formed in the separator.
