Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (System) de réception, traitement, sauvegarde, rétablissement et surveillance de films, vidéo, audio et autres données (Data) en temps réel d'une manière telle que plusieurs opérateurs puissent l'utiliser simultanément et indépendamment en temps réel. Une configuration typique du système comprend un certain nombre de moyens de traitement et de rétablissement de ces données en temps réel, des moyens de surveillance et un certain nombre de services de systèmes similaires localement ou distants à l'échelle mondiale. Une utilisation favorable du système est l'enregistrement de séquences cinématographiques, vidéo et audio, le mixage d'un certain nombre de séquences vidéo, le mixage d'un certain nombre de séquences audio et vidéo, l'édition, le doublage, l'enregistrement chronologique vidéo et audio et la lecture de ces séquences, tout en temps réel.
