Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé consistant: a) à soumettre la liqueur noire provenant d'un procédé de délignification à au moins un traitement anaérobique afin de produire un biogaz à partir de la substance organique utilisée comme source d'énergie et à convertir par méthanisation les sels de sodium provenant d'acides organiques en Na2CO3; b) à faire évaporer la liqueur résultant dudit traitement anaérobique afin de récupérer un condensat d'eau et à concentrer cette liqueur; c) à soumettre la liqueur noire concentrée à un traitement d'oxydation afin de détruire les composé organiques tout en produisant du CO2, et à récupérer les produits chimiques, la chaleur et l'eau; d) à récupérer les sels de sodium alcalins à l'aide de différentes solubilités; e) à soumettre les alcalis séparés à une décarbonisation afin de les transformer en carbonates; et f) à caustifier une partie des carbonates en hydroxyde de sodium, un réactif contenu dans la liqueur de délignification.
