Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'industrie pétrolière et plus particulièrement au domaine de la réparation souterraine des puits de production de pétrole utilisant des pompes insérées à tiges, disposées en profondeur. La pompe insérée est retirée du puits. Après le remplacement de la pompe, celle-ci est abaissée dans les tubes de production (2), et un mandrin d'ancrage (10) est posé dans un sabot d'ancrage (9), puis un liquide de nettoyage est versé dans les tubes de production (2) jusqu'à la tête de puits, et l'étanchéité des tubes de production (2) et du support de verrouillage en deux pièces (8) est vérifiée. Pour évacuer de la queue la boue venant des tubes de production (2) lors de l'abaissement de la pompe insérée, il suffit de déconnecter le premier support de verrouillage (8). Comme le niveau du liquide de nettoyage dans les tubes de production (2) après la vérification de l'étanchéité dépasse sensiblement le niveau statique, ce liquide s'écoule par gravité à travers la queue (15) et évacue toute la boue qui s'est accumulée. Après nettoyage, la queue (15) ne contient plus aucune boue; de ce fait, seul le liquide extrait propre pénètre dans la pompe insérée. De cette manière, la boue ne se met pas entre les parties en frottement de la pompe insérée et ne perturbe pas l'ajustement des soupapes (4, 5), ce qui, à son tour, augmente la fiabilité de la pompe insérée et prolonge sa durée de vie.
