Abstract

La présente invention concerne des méthodes et compositions pour le criblage d'ARN actifs in cellulo. Elle concerne notamment des procédés de préparation et de sélection d'ARN aléatoires conférant à une cellule un phénotype désiré, des banques d'ARN aléatoires et leur production, ainsi que des populations cellulaires transformées par ces banques. Elle concerne également l'utilisation des ARN actifs identifiés à des fins de recherche ou thérapeutiques, pour induire un phénotype désiré dans une cellule in vitro, ex vivo ou in vivo, notamment dans des cellules humaines.
