Abstract

L'invention concerne un systeme permettant à des communications et à des données d'être transmises parmi une gestion, certains emplacements et certains résidents d'un environnement multilogement. L'invention concerne un système informatique WAN ou LAN comprenant une première unité de résident située dans un premier logement de l'environnement multilogement, et une seconde unité de résident située dans un second logement de l'environnement multilogement. Le second logement est séparé et distinct du premier logement. Une unité d'entrée est également située au point d'entrée de l'environnement multilogement. La première unité de résident, la seconde unité de résident et l'unité d'entrée sont fonctionnellement reliées pour permettre à des communications d'être sélectivement générées et transmises entre ces deux unités. En outre, un serveur central peut être fonctionnellement relié à la première unité de résident et à la seconde unité de résident pour permettre à des données d'être sélectivement transmises du serveur central à celles-ci. Un terminal de gestion permet d'afficher un contenu à entrer dans le serveur central qui est ensuite sélectivement transmis à la première unité de résident et à la seconde unité de résident. Le contenu d'affichage peut être affiché et exploré au niveau de la première unité de résident et de la seconde unité de résident.
