Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide sécrété qu'on a tout d'abord trouvé régulé à la baisse dans la circulation sanguine de patients atteints de sclérose en plaque et qui est utile dans des applications thérapeutiques pour le traitement des troubles neurologiques. Cette invention porte également sur des méthodes d'utilisation de compositions comprenant les polypeptides et les polynucléotides codant ces derniers à des fins de développement de médicaments.
