Abstract

L'invention concerne une passe à poissons destinée aux asipenséridés, fonctionnant avec des goulottes étanches et utilisant le déclenchement d'appareils hydrauliques à membrane, qui respecte toutes les conditions nécessaires pour le passage des asipenséridés compte tenu de leurs capacités physiques et biologiques en période de frai. L'appareil hydraulique à membrane utilisé dans le système de freinage d'eau à l'intérieur de la passe à poissons assure un ralentissement de l'accélération du jet d'eau d'environ 25 % et permet en outre d'augmenter la production d'énergie électrique; par exemple, avec une hauteur de chute H = 30 (centrale hydroélectrique de Samara), l'augmentation s'élève à 15,768 trillions de kilowattheures par an (contre 11 trillions de kilowattheures actuellement; de plus, cette augmentation concerne chaque mois et non pas cinq ou six mois par an, comme c'est le cas des centrales hydroélectriques à turbines modernes); il s'agit donc d'une augmentation de 1500 fois, avec de plus une consommation d'eau 700 fois moindre.
