  • the main piston can also be moved in the direction of filling based on the positioning data of the main piston in relation to the first chamber, however, this produces a less accurate control than when this occurs based on data from the pressure sensor. It is possible to use the data for checking the movement of the main piston if a malfunction of the pressure sensor would occur.

Further, positioning means not further illustrated in the drawing have been provided by which the positions of back slide 7 and/or measuring piston 9 can be fed to the control system. Such positioning means can e.g. comprise reading members for angular rotations, reading members for linear displacements or reading members transmitting information of arrivals at end positions to the control system.
  • positioning means allowing to determine reaching of the desired stroke length of the main piston 5 will be employed.
  • knife member 6 will be displaced simultaneously with the main piston 5, in which, on reaching the desired position of the main piston 5, knife member 6 will be returned again to the original position for closing off the filling opening 3.
  • filling of the secondary chamber 8 can be started, in which the main piston 5 performs one or a number of successive partial strokes, before dough will be drawn again.

Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif pour mesurer une pâte, comprenant un contenant de stockage (4) pour l’alimentation de la pâte à mesurer, une chambre primaire (2) communiquant avec le contenant de stockage (4), un piston principal (5) pouvant se déplacer à l’intérieur de la chambre primaire (2), un couteau (β) pouvant aussi se déplacer à l’intérieur de la chambre primaire (2) et monté entre le piston principal (5) et le contenant de stockage (4), au moins une chambre secondaire (8) ayant un piston de mesure (9) pouvant se déplacer dans celle-ci, avec des éléments d’entraînement séparés (10, 11) pour le piston principal (5) et le couteau (6) prévus, et fonctionnant indépendamment l'un de l'autre. En outre, un système de commande est prévu au moyen duquel l’élément d’entraînement (10) pour le piston principal (5) est entraîné sur la base de la pression mesurée dans la pâte par un capteur de pression (17) dans la chambre primaire (2).
