Abstract

La présente invention vise un dispositif de sécurité installé sur une tige de présentoir de marchandise pour empêcher que certains articles ne soient retirés de ladite tige. Le dispositif ci-décrit comporte un dispositif de déclenchement d’alarme faisant retentir l’alarme à la barrière de sécurité d’un établissement de vente au détail en cas de passage illégal d’articles par la barrière. Une paire d’organes de logement sont joints et se déplacent de façon coulissante entre des positions verrouillée et déverrouillée. Chaque organe est doté d'une encoche partielle qui s’aligne l’une à l’autre à la position verrouillée pour se prolonger autour de la tige. Un organe de verrouillage pouvant être attiré magnétiquement est monté à l’intérieur de l’un des organes et vient en prise avec une saillie de verrouillage réalisée dans l’autre organe pour fixer les organes en position fermée verrouillée sur la tige. Une clé magnétique déplace l’organe de verrouillage vers une position déverrouillée permettant aux organes de s’écarter vers une position ouverte déverrouillée. L’extrémité distale de la tige est courbée à un angle suffisant pour empêcher un retrait, par coulissement du dispositif de sécurité, de la tige quand les organes sont en position verrouillée, mais il permet le retrait de plusieurs articles non protégés situés à l’avant du mécanisme de verrouillage hors de la tige.
