CLAIM
MOTORCYCLE SAFETY VEST SUPPORT FRAME
1) Motorcycles that have safety belts and a structure for protecting their occupants only have room for one person, as the belt is attached to a seat, and projects for motorcycles with two seats are not viable for installation on models already in circulation. The improvement proposed consists of the installation of tubes parallel to the driver (4) and the passenger (5), on which safety vests are attached, through straps (24) or by any other means that serve the purpose of attaching the safely vests to the tubes that are on the sides of the vehicle; the lower ends of these tubes are attached to the vehicle's chassis by connectors (8 and 13) and the higher ends are attached to tubes (1 and 2) going over the vehicle.
2) In order to have safety belts, motorized vehicles must have seats with backs that are high enough to protect the occupants' cervical spine. The improvement proposed consists of the use of a single plate (19), made of light, resistant material, placed in back of the user, from head to below the waist; it can be attached to the user only through the safety vest itself, or be connected to the vehicle by straps, ropes, or any other means that serve the same purpose.
3) characterized by the plate, according to claim 2, with holes (26) through which straps pass to form a safety vest; these straps are also supported by a pair of handles (21) at the user's chest level; the handles consist of a bar approximately 22cm x 1 cm, with three hollowed rectangles, on one side: The first one is placed horizontally at the upper end and the other two are placed vertically: one directly below the first (one) and the other at the lower end of the handle; on the other side of this bar, there is an arch for the snap-hook (22), which can be replaced by any other mechanism that serves to connect the pair of handles (21 ); a strap (25) is attached to the lower bar of one of the handles (21), it goes through two holes on the lower end of the plate (19) and is connected to the lower bar of the opposite handle (21) by an adjustable clip (23); another strap (20) is attached to the horizontal bar of one of the handles (21), goes over one shoulder and through upper holes (26) in the plate (19), goes under one arm and around the upper vertical and horizontal bars on the opposite handle (21), goes back over the other shoulder and again through upper holes in the plate (19), under the other arm and is attached to the upper vertical bar of the first handle by an adjustable clip (23).
