Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet la mise au point d'un procédé pour éliminer les germes présents dans des liquides contenus dans des récipients, au moyen d'un rayonnement UV-C, permettant de garantir une sécurité d'élimination des germes pour un volume de récipient. A cet effet, un ou plusieurs émetteurs de rayonnement UV-C (5) sont plongés lentement dans le liquide (18) à l'intérieur du récipient (4) au cours du processus de remplissage en laissant le niveau augmenter jusqu'à ce que la dose de rayonnement au-dessus du niveau soit suffisante pour éliminer les germes sur les parois du récipient.
