Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement d'un échantillon d'ADN ou d'ARN dans un module de traitement d'échantillon. Le procédé consiste à créer un puits à échantillon contenant l'échantillon d'ADN ou d'ARN dans le module de traitement d'échantillon, à introduire de l'énergie ultrasonore provenant d'une source extérieure dans le puits d'échantillonnage, et à dénaturer et fragmenter l'échantillon d'ADN ou d'ARN au moyen de l'énergie ultrasonore.
