Abstract

　塩基の存在下、式（２） （式中、Ｒ１は４－フルオロフェニル基などを示し、Ｑは－ＣＨ（ＣＨ３）－などを示し、ｎは１などを示す）で表される化合物と３－メトキシ－４－（４－メチル－１Ｈ－イミダゾール－１－イル）ベンズアルデヒドとを反応させ、要すれば、保護基を除去することにより、式（１） （式中、Ｒは４－フルオロフェニル基などを示し、Ｑおよびｎは、前記定義と同意義を示す）で表される化合物またはその医薬上許容される塩をワンポットで製造することができる。
