Abstract

La prothèse humérale comprend: une coiffe prothétique (20) pouvant s'articuler dans la cavité glénoïde et qui, pour coiffer la tête de l'humérus, présente un logement (27) dans lequel l'humérus vient s'insérer; une tige (22) pouvant être positionnée à l'intérieur de l'humérus pour relier la coiffe prothétique (20) à la tête de l'humérus. La tige (22) est un élément distinct de la coiffe prothétique (20) à laquelle elle peut s'accoupler à l'intérieur du logement (27).
