Abstract

 樹脂材料を射出するストロークを繰り返す際に、ピストン13は、シリンダー12内における入口の位置P2まで摺動するので、更にピストン13が後退した場合、ピストン13近傍の樹脂は、樹脂貯留部RTから供給される新鮮な樹脂に置き換わることから、以降の射出ストロークにおいて、常に新鮮な樹脂のみを射出することが出来る。従って、シリンダー12の中で樹脂がポットライフを越えて滞留し硬化を始めたり粘度が大きくなったりすることがなく、かつ半硬化した樹脂などの異物が発生することもないので、樹脂流路が詰まったり成形キャビティまで流れたりすることを抑制でき、常に一定の成形条件を確保できるので、再現性の高い高精度な成形品を得ることができる。
