Abstract

　本発明は、脂肪組織由来細胞を培養することを特徴とする、脂肪組織由来細胞から肝小葉様細胞塊を得る方法およびそれにより得ることのできる肝小葉様細胞塊、脂肪組織由来細胞を培養して肝小葉様細胞塊を得る際に、候補物質を培地に添加することを特徴とする、肝小葉様細胞塊の形成を促進または抑制する物質をスクリーニングする方法、およびそのためのキットを提供する。
