Abstract

帳票種識別装置は、各帳票種に対応付けて、帳票種を識別するためのキーとなる複数のキーワードを記憶した帳票種識別情報ＤＢをあらかじめ保持し、帳票上に記入された文字列を整列し、帳票種識別情報ＤＢに記憶されている複数のキーワードを用いて、帳票上に記入された文字列と照合するための複数の部分文字列をキーワードごとにそれぞれ生成し、整列した各グループ文字列と生成した各部分文字列とをそれぞれ照合して、照合に成功した各部分文字列について、各グループ文字列に対する各部分文字列の照合率が最大の時の正解文字数をキーワードごとに取得した後、各正解文字数を用いて帳票種ごとにその帳票種である可能性を評価した評価値を算出して帳票種を決定する。
