Abstract

Dans un système d'alimentation en poussière destiné à la gazéification sous pression de poussière de charbon, qui comprend un réservoir (BK) de stockage de poussière de charbon, plusieurs sas d'alimentation en poussière (SES) et un mesureur (DG), les composants soumis à une haute pression de service, à savoir le sas d'alimentation en poussière et le mesureur, sont alimentés en dioxyde de carbone pur (CO2) comme gaz d'inertisation et de transport ou de fluidisation. Les composants d'alimentation en dioxyde de carbone sont chauffés, jusqu'à ce que la température se situe au-dessus de la limite de la zone diphasique. Pour un meilleur résultat, notamment lors de la gazéification sous pression de poussière de charbon à des fins de production de gaz de synthèse servant à la production de différents hydrocarbures, la présence de la fraction d'azote, due au système d'alimentation en poussière, dans le produit gazeux est évitée.
