下記式(1) (式中、R1は、水素原子、メチル基またはCH2OHを意味し;R2は、水素原子またはメチル基を意味し;R3は、水素原子または水酸基を意味し;R4は、水素原子または水酸基を意味し;R5は、水酸基、糖鎖または保護基を意味する)で表される化合物と触媒とを共存させて、閉環メタセシス反応を行う、下記式(2) (式中、R1~R5は式(1)のR1~R5と同意義を示す。)で表される化合物またはその塩の製造方法。
