　レンズ保持可能でかつ光軸方向両端部にフランジ部を有するレンズホルダ（１）と、複数の対向する位置でレンズホルダ外面を保持するレンズホルダ支持点と、自由端側接触部とを有する駆動腕部を備える面駆動アクチュエータ（２）と、バネ性状部を有するレンズホルダ保持板（３）と、レンズホルダ駆動装置外面となり各部品を固定する固定枠（４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃ）を備える。
