Abstract

　前端部に縦に向くヘッドチューブ（２）を有するメインフレーム（３）と、前記ヘッドチューブ（２）の下方で保持された前輪軸の両端に非回転に設けた一対の前輪（５）と、前記メインフレーム（３）の後端部で該メインフレーム（３）に回転支持される後輪（６）と、前記前輪（５）を駆動する駆動手段（７）と、前記前輪（５）を操舵する操舵手段（８）とを具える。前記操舵手段（８）は、ハンドル（９）と、このハンドル（９）から下方にのびるとともに、前記ヘッドチューブ（２）で回転支持されかつ下端で前記前輪軸を回動する縦操舵軸部（１０）を含む操舵軸（１１）とを有する。前記駆動手段（７）は、メインフレーム（３）に軸支された水平駆動軸（１２）と、該水平駆動軸（１２）により回転でき前記ヘッドチューブ（２）と、同軸の縦駆動体とを具え、かつこの縦駆動体は、駆動連係手段を介して前記前輪軸を回転させる。
