Abstract

 低背化を損なうことなくフェライトに対して必要部分に均一な密度で直流磁界を印加でき、挿入損失の向上を図ることのできる非可逆回路素子を得る。  永久磁石(41)と、該永久磁石(41)により直流磁界が印加されるフェライト(32)と、該フェライト(32)に配置された第1中心電極(35)及び第2中心電極(36)とを備えた非可逆回路素子(2ポート型アイソレータ)。永久磁石(41)はフェライト(32)の主面(32a),(32b)に対向して配置され、上下面(32c),(32d)に形成した中継用電極と対向する部分が他の部分よりも厚く形成されている。
