Abstract

【課題】車両の動作状態または属性に鑑みた車両の走行情報の収集の必要性の高低を考慮することにより、走行情報の通信等のさらなる効率化を図ることができる装置等を提供する。 【解決手段】車両１に搭載されている交通情報処理装置１０において、車両の走行情報が測定され、かつ、走行情報が断続的に交通情報管理サーバ２０に発信される。車両１の動作状態を表す速度ｖ等に基づき、交通情報管理サーバ２０によって指定された規則にしたがって、走行情報の送信間隔Ｔが設定される。
