Beschichtungcoating
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschichtung. The invention relates to a coating.
From DE 24 22 712 C2 discloses a method for producing a covering layer by spraying with molten metal on a previously cleaned part of a thread in the application in the manufacture of a self-securing fastener, in particular a screw known. For example, molybdenum is applied to the thread by a flame spraying method. The cover layer is applied so that it is elastically deformed between the threaded surfaces of the threaded shaft and a mating thread of an associated counter element with which the screw is screwed together, so that an increased frictional resistance is achieved, the unwanted loosening of the screw connection between the screw and counteracts the associated counter-element. By this friction-increasing effect a self-locking holding together of the elements is effected.
An object of the invention is to provide an improved coating, with the high static friction coefficients can be achieved.
The object is solved by the subject matter of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims. Claim 1 relates to a coating whose main component is a high-strength, tough and hard metal, wherein the coating in at least one surface area with a square-like base area with a side length in the range of one millimeter characterized by a profile with many pointed mountains and valleys and wherein in this surface area, a proportion of those peaks and valleys which project beyond a plane plane-parallel to the ground plane, which has a distance in the range between 15 and 30 μm from the highest mountain, is greater in about 20%.
The invention is based on the finding that, as a result of this topography of the coating, in particular when the coating is formed as a flame-sprayed molybdenum coating, a high areal bearing ratio, for example greater than 20%, and high static friction coefficients, for example greater than 0.6 or even greater than 0.65 are obtained can be achieved on a mating of said coating with a steel counterpart.
Advantageously, said coating can be used for example in a rigid shaft coupling, in which, for example, two hollow shaft-like shaft parts are connected to each other at opposite, flared extended ends by screwing the two flanges together. In this case, the coating can be applied directly to one of the flange ends or it is provided between the two flanges a perforated disc whose surface is coated accordingly. In this case, the perforated disk can be divided into several sectors for easier mounting and can be designed with holes for the screw connection. Furthermore, the perforated disc outer shell side may also be formed like a gear, to use them, for example, as a pulse generator for speed detection of the shaft. Compared with a comparable rigid coupling without coating, the coupling can, for example, with a smaller flange diameter and / or with a smaller number of screws, be particularly advantageous with the same strength. The smaller weight as well as the smaller Re volume are at weight and / or space critical installation conditions, for example in the nacelle of a wind turbine, which is mounted at the top of a tower, of particular advantage.
Furthermore, the coating can advantageously also be formed on at least one surface of two brake shoe carriers to be connected to one another. In this case, the composite brake shoe carrier form a U-shape, wherein in each leg of the U-shape a to the other leg movable brake shoe is arranged. The brake shoe carriers rest against each other in the region of the bottom of the U-shape, and in this region at least one of the surfaces provided for abutting one another is formed with said coating.
Dabei zeigen:Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the embodiment of the invention described below with reference to the figures ren.

Der Figur 1 ist dabei entnehmbar, dass die grauen Flächen mehr als 20 % der Grundfläche von 0,9 x 0,9 mm einnehmen, so dass damit die eingangs zur Lösung der Aufgabe beschriebenen Vorteile erzielbar sind.FIG. 1 shows, as an exemplary embodiment of the invention in the form of a plan view, a height distribution of a flame-sprayed molybdenum layer in the region of a square base area of 0.9 × 0.9 mm. The molybdenum layer is applied by flame spraying on a flat base of a support made of steel. The coating is characterized by a variety of pointed mountains and valleys. In FIG. 1, however, only those mountains and valleys are shown which project beyond a plane which is plane-parallel to the base surface and which has a distance of approximately 20 μm from the highest mountain. The darkest gray area represents an area that protrudes about 20 μm above said level. White indicates the area of said plain and all submontane mountains and valleys. Areas that lie between said level and the highest of the mountains are shown with lighter gray, the brighter the gray area, the smaller is the projection of the corresponding area over said level. It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the gray areas occupy more than 20% of the base area of 0.9 × 0.9 mm, so that the advantages described at the outset for achieving the object can be achieved.
Finally, FIGS. 2 to 5 also show along the lines 1 to 4 from FIG. 1 corresponding profile profiles of the coating, wherein the profile, as in FIG. 1, is shown only for those regions which project beyond said plane. In this case, in FIGS. 2 to 5, the zero-micrometer line is placed as an average value through all the points projecting over the said plane along the respective straight line.
The height profile of FIG. 1 is recorded with a white-light interferometer. Such recordings can also be used for quality monitoring and, in particular, during production in series of said layers.
Use fuse with advantage, since with this technology, a supernatant content of, for example, greater than 20% necessary for maintaining the required load rating or static friction coefficient can be easily checked and verified.
