Abstract

　カメラシステムの利便性を高める。カメラシステム（１）は、交換レンズユニット（２）とカメラ本体（３）とを含んでいる。カメラ本体（３）のボディーマイコン（１０）は、交換レンズユニット（２）が有するレンズ情報に基づいて、交換レンズユニット（２）が動画撮影に対応しているか否かを判断する。交換レンズユニット（２）が動画撮影に対応している場合、クイックリターンミラー制御部（３６）はクイックリターンミラー（２３）を撮像光学系Ｌの光路外へ退避させる。
