Abstract
The present invention relates to a chain drive module, comprising at least one chain wheel, a base body laterally covering the at least one chain wheel at least in regions, a chain guided around the at least one chain wheel, and a tension or glide rail resting against the chain and disposed on the base body, wherein the tension or glide rail comprises at least one extension, which laterally covers the at least one chain wheel and secures the at least one chain wheel at least in a transport and handling position.
