Abstract

【課題】光通信伝送システムの運用後に性能劣化の検出を行うことによってシステムの信頼性を低下させないようにする。 【解決手段】光送受信器には、冗長構成の系統におけるいずれかの光送受信器101aが稼働系の光送受信器とされ、他の光送受信器102aが待機系の光送受信器とされ、光送受信器101a、101bにおける送信部101の信号光を受信部102に入力させるループバック手段103を光送受信器が含み、定期的に稼働系を切り替える稼働系切替スケジューリング手段104を備えた光通信伝送システムであって、待機系の光送受信器におけるループバック手段103をあらかじめ決められている所定の時期に動作させ、光送受信器における送信部および受信部による性能確認処理を開始させる性能確認スケジューリング手段105を備えている。
