Abstract
渦巻き状ラップの段部よりも外周側でのガス漏れによる性能低下や性能バラツキを解消し、性能の安定化と性能向上を図ることができる三次元圧縮が可能なスクロール圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。渦巻き状ラップ(25B,27B)の先端面およびボトム面に段部(25E,27E)を設け、この段部よりも外周側においてラップ高さを内周側のラップ高さよりも高くし、渦巻き状ラップの周方向および高さ方向に三次元圧縮ができる構成としたスクロール圧縮機において、渦巻き状ラップの外周側の先端面(25G,27G)に設けられるチップシール(51,53)の段部側端部と、チップシールが嵌合するチップシール溝(25L,27L)との間に、チップシールの段部側端部の背面とチップシール溝の溝底面との間の隙間を他部分の隙間よりも大きくした背圧導入部(55,57)を設けた。
