Abstract
The invention relates to a regulating mechanism for the dual-flushing of a toilet water tank. The invention includes a polygonal base (2), one of the faces thereof being a horizontal surface (7) having two faces disposed on either side thereof, namely a first inclined surface (6) and a second inclined surface (8). A first vertical tube (1) is housed in the horizontal surface and a second threaded vertical tube (3) projects out from the lower part of the polygonal base (2), said second tube being fitted to the lower part of the water tank. The first vertical tube includes two pairs of perforations across the diameter thereof, in which two supporting plates (9) are secured, said plates serving as shafts for two latch-fastened plugs that open and close respective water holes located on the inclined surfaces. A level element (15) is provided on the first vertical tube (1) and serves as a stop means for one of the plugs when the latter opens.
