Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication de revêtement de protection thermique destinés aux structures et équipements exploités dans des conditions de températures élevées et de milieux agressifs et peut s'utiliser en constructions mécaniques, dans le bâtiment, l'industrie chimique, dans les transports et des branches d'industrie aéronautique, cosmique et autres. Le revêtement de protection thermique pour températures élevée comprend des microsphères creuses en céramique ou en corindon, un liant et de l'eau; on utilise en tant que liant un élément du groupe comprenant le phosphate de bore d'alumine, le phosphate de chrome d'alumine, le polytitanate de potassium ou un mélange de phosphate de chrome d'alumine et de polytitanate de potassium avec un rapport de composants suivant, en % en masse : les microsphères mentionnées ci-dessous 67 à 85, le liant mentionné ci-dessous 10-30, l'eau constituant le reste. On utilise en tant que microsphères céramiques creuses un revêtement thermique protecteur contant des microsphères de silicates d'aluminium provenant de cendres volantes possédant un diamètre de 3 à 150 micromètres et une épaisseur de parois de 1 à 6 micromètres ou de microsphères vitrocéramiques possédant un diamètre de 3 à 100 micromètres et une épaisseur de parois de 0,3 à 1,0 micromètres et utilisant en tant que microsphères creuses de corindon des microsphères possédant un diamètre de 3 à 90 micromètres et une épaisseur de parois de 0,5 à 3,0 micromètres.
