Abstract

Технической задачей, решаемой заявляемыми решениями узла стыка отсеков фюзеляжа самолета и гермошпангоута, является разработка конструкций небольшой массы в сочетании с повышенной эксплуатационной живучестью узла стыка и гермошпангоута. Узел стыка отсеков содержит обшивки стыкуемых герметичного и негерметичного отсеков, подкрепленные стрингерами, и гермошпангоут, расположенный в месте стыка герметичного и негерметичного отсеков, фитинги, расположенные по разные стороны гермошпангоута, и стыковую ленту. Гермошпангоут содержит сферическую оболочку с меридиально ориентированными силовыми элементами, внутренний и наружный пояса, стенку и ленту-дублер. Сферическая оболочка оперта на стенку гермошпангоута. Лента-дублер выполнена в форме кругового кольца с профилем, выполненным с перегибом. Внутренняя полка ленты-дублера помещена между стенкой гермошпангоута и сферической оболочкой, а внешняя полка между фитингами, размещенными в герметичном отсеке, и наружным поясом гермошпангоута. Меридиально ориентированные силовые элементы соединены в единый пакет со сферической оболочкой, лентой-дублером и стенкой гермошпангоута.
