当启动驱动装置 1收回耳机线 12时, 如当耳机线 12收卷完毕或拉住耳 机线 12不松时, 此时的阻力也会大大超过弹性部件 18的弹簧设定的压力, 此时只有第一齿轮 7、 齿轮 5、 4、 3、 2及驱动装置 1在转动, 而第二齿轮 6、 齿轮 8及卷线盘却不会转动, 从而保护驱动装置 1使之产生空转, 而不被电 流烧毁。
在本实施例中, 摩檫部件 19与被摩擦部件 20是咬合或分离的关系, 并 通过设定弹性部件 18 的弹力强弱和收卷线的阻力大小关系而实现摩擦部件 19与被摩檫部件 20的咬合与分离的关系。
在本实施例中, 该弹性部件 18为嫘旋弹簧, 可套设在转轴 17上, 当然 可以理解的是, 在本实施倒中并不限定弹性部件 18的具体结构。
由此可知, 在本实施例中, 可根据弹性部件 18的弹性设定值来调整摩擦
部件 19与被摩擦部件 20之间咬合与打滑分离的情况, 如果该弹性设定值设 置的较大, 则需要较大的阻力使得摩擦部件 19与被摩擦部件 20之间打滑分 , 如果该弹性设定值设置的较小, 则只需^较小的阻力就能使摩擦部件 9
当然可以理解的是, 在本实施例中并不限定该弹性部件 18 的弹力设定 值, 该弹性部件 18的弹力设定值可根据具体情况进行调整, 例如根据选用弹 性部件 8的具体结构进行调整。
在本实施例中, 驱动装置 1可选用微型电机或发条弹簧, 当然可以理解 的是, 在本实施例中并不限定驱动装置 的具体结构。
由上述技术方案可知, 本发明的实施例具有如下有益效果: 往外拉耳机 线时, 该耳机线的进出线结构可使耳机线减少摩擦, 以增加耳机线的使用寿 命, 往回收耳机线时, 该耳机线的进出线结构可使耳机线收卷排列规整和收 卷在卷线盘内不致松散, 以免松散的耳机线在卷线盘高速转动时相互缠绕打 结并将卷线盘卡死而发生故障。
在本实施例中还提供一种电子设备, 包括: 如上所述的耳机线收线装置, 在此不再敷述, 该电子设备可以是手机、 平板电脑、 笔记本电脑、 台式电脑、 电视、 手持计算机、 电话、 个人视听设备、 数码播放器、 导航装置、 游戏机 中的任一种。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若千改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1. 一种耳机线的进出线结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
一壳体, 设置有一进出线口;
第一滚轮, 设置在所述壳体内;
第二滚轮, 设置在所述壳体内, 所述第二滚轮与所述第一滚轮之间有一 缝隙, 所述耳机线可穿过所述缝隙, 并在向所述壳体内收回或向所述壳体外 拉出所述耳机线时, 所述耳机线可带动所述第一滚轮和所述第二滚轮转动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的进出线结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一滚轮和所 述第二滚轮设置在所述壳体上的所述进出线口处。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的进出线结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一滚轮在所 述壳体内的位置比所述第二滚轮在所述壳体内的位置高。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的进出线结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一滚轮和所 述第:二-滚轮的形状为圆轴或半圆轴。
5. 一种耳机线收线装置, 包括: 壳体, 设置在所述壳体内的卷线盘、 驱 动所述卷线盘的驱动装置、 以及设置在所述驱动装置和所述卷线盘之间的离 合装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一滚轮, 设置在所述壳体内;
第二滚轮, 设置在所述壳体内, 所述第二滚轮与所述第一滚轮之间有一 缝隙, 所述耳机线可穿过所述缝隙, 并在收回或拉出所述耳机线时, 所述耳 机线可带动所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮转动。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的耳机线收线装置, 其特征在于, 所述耳机线收 线装置还包括: 变速装置, 设置在所述驱动装置与所述离合装置之间。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的耳机线收线装置, 其特征在于, 所述离合装置 包括:
第一齿轮, 与所述驱动装置连接;
第二齿轮, 与所述卷线盘连接;
用于控制所述第一齿轮带动所述第二齿轮一起转动或控制所述第一齿轮 和所述第二齿轮分离的离合机构,设置在所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮之间。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的耳机线收线装置, 其特征在于, 所述离合机构 包括:
弹性部件, 所述弹性部件的一端与所述第一齿轮连接;
摩擦部件, 与所述弹性部件的另一端连接;
被摩擦部件, 所述被摩擦部件固定在所述第二齿轮上, 所述弹性部件的 弹力可将所述摩擦部件与所述被摩擦部件咬合一起转动;
当所述第一齿轮转动时, 所述第一齿轮带动所述弹性部件的一端转动, 通过所述弹性部件将所述摩擦部件与所述被摩擦部件咬合一起转动, 通过所 述被摩擦部件带动所述第二齿轮转动, 以带动所述卷线盘转动;
当所述第二齿轮遇到的阻力, 超过所述弹性部件的弹力设定值时, 所述 弹性部件所带动的所述摩擦部件, 便无力再咬合所述被摩擦部件转动, 所述 摩擦部件与所述被摩擦部件之间打滑分离。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的耳机线收线装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性部件 为螺旋弹簧。
10. 根据权利要求 5 所述的耳机线收线装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装 置为微型电机或发条弹簧。
11. 一种电子设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 如权利要求 5〜10任一所述的耳 机线收线装置。
