Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé qui permet de détecter un événement de fuite de train de tiges de forage. Le procédé met en œuvre le positionnement d'un train de tiges de forage dans un puits de forage formé dans une formation souterraine. Un fluide de forage est pompé dans le train de tiges de forage. Le train de tiges de forage comprend une turbine qui tourne en réponse à l'écoulement du fluide de forage à travers celle-ci. Une comparaison est effectuée entre le débit auquel le fluide de forage est pompé dans le train de tiges de forage et la vitesse de rotation de la turbine. Il est déterminé qu'un défaut s'est formé dans le train de tiges de forage sur la base de la comparaison.
