Description

根据烟雾控制出口灯时的信息推送方法以及疏导系统 技术领域
本发明属于消防安全领域，尤其是涉及 一种根据烟雾控制出口灯时的信息推送方法以及疏导系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《酒店火灾疏导方法以及疏导系统》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了 一种 根据烟雾控制出口灯时的信息推送方法 ，目的在于 通过检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度与预设的烟雾浓度阈值，在酒店发生紧急情况时，调控特定出口指示牌的灯，用户可以有更明确的疏散方向便于逃生， 并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种 根据烟雾控制出口灯时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
正常情况下，保持出口指示牌亮灯 ;
记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
若否，保持一样；
若是，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯， 同时向用户推送专利信息 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种疏导 系统 ，包括：
亮灯单元，记录单元，检测单元，调控单元，其中：
亮灯单元，正常情况下，用于保持出口指示牌亮灯；
记录单元，其输入端与亮灯单元链接，用于记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
检测单元，其输入端与记录单元连接，用于检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
调控单元，其输入端与检测单元连接，用于当特定前方的烟雾浓度超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值时，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯。
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述调控单元的输出端连接，用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
 有益效果
该发明通过检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度与预设的烟雾浓度阈值，在酒店发生紧急情况时，调控特定出口指示牌的灯，用户可以有更明确的疏散方向便于逃生， 并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

在步骤 S101 中，正常情况下，保持出口指示牌亮灯；
此步骤是目前各类酒店最基本的消防安全装置。
在步骤 S102 中，用于记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
通过既往消防安全知识总结，可以归纳计算出一个利于逃生的最大烟雾浓度值。
在步骤 S103 中，当火灾发生时，用于检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值；
如果系统检测到的特定出口前方的烟雾浓度小于预设的烟雾浓度阈值时，进入 S104 步骤，保持一样；反之，进入步骤 S105 ，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯 ，同时向用户推送专利信息 。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度与预设的烟雾浓度阈值，在酒店发生紧急情况时，调控特定出口指示牌的灯，用户可以有更明确的疏散方向便于逃生 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

亮灯单元 21 ，记录单元 22 ，检测单元 23 ，调控单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25 ，其中：
亮灯单元 21 ，正常情况下，保持出口指示牌亮灯；
记录单元 22 ，其输入端与亮灯单元链接，用于记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
检测单元 23 ，其输入端与记录单元连接，用于检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
调控单元 24 ，其输入端与检测单元连接，用于当特定前方的烟雾浓度超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值时，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述调控单元的输出端连接，用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
其工作原理是：当亮灯单元 21 正常情况下，保持出口指示牌亮灯，同时记录单元 22 记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值，检测单元 23 从记录单元 22 处获取信息并判断特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值，调控单元 24 在特定前方的烟雾浓度超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值时，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯，专利信息推送单元 25 用于 向用户推送专利信息 。

  1. 一种根据烟雾控制出口灯时的信息推送方法 ，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    正常情况下，保持出口指示牌亮灯 ;
    记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
    检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
    若否，保持一样；
    若是，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种疏导 系统 ，其特征在于，所述疏导 系统 包括：
    亮灯单元，记录单元，检测单元，调控单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
    亮灯单元，正常情况下，用于保持出口指示牌亮灯；
    记录单元，其输入端与亮灯单元链接，用于记录预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
    检测单元，其输入端与记录单元连接，用于检测特定出口前方的烟雾浓度是否超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值 ;
    调控单元，其输入端与检测单元连接，用于当特定前方的烟雾浓度超过所述预设的烟雾浓度阈值时，关闭所述特定出口的指示牌的灯；
    专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述调控单元的输出端连接，用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
