Once the part is approved in quality control, it is designed to be destined to the consumer and this can be done through a transport agency or even the company's own transportation.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'industrie du vêtement et une nouvelle vision pour la chaîne d'approvisionnement de la mode et la réutilisation de produits provenant de l'industrie textile, résolvant les inconvénients et les impacts préjudiciables à l'environnement observés dans la fabrication de vêtements pour le secteur de mode rapide. L'invention fournit une plateforme de mode circulaire automatisée, numérisée et respectueuse de l'environnement, qui fournit des collections de vêtements à louer, lesquels sont ensuite renvoyées à la ligne de production en vue d'être réutilisées dans une phase de modification de style en vue de créer un nouveau produit faisant appel à une chaîne d'approvisionnement automatisée qui utilise des algorithmes en vue de déterminer le meilleur style pour une occasion. Une phase finale du procédé réutilise le matériau biodégradable brut pour la production de vêtements pour enfants ou pour la composition de produits thermiques ou de parties acoustiques dans d'autres industries. Le procédé permet une production à grande échelle, de faibles coûts d'accès pour le consommateur et la décélération de la contribution de l'industrie en tant qu'agent de pollution.
