Description

一种超声成像装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种超声成像装置。
背景技术
为标明超声成像装置的制造商、产品型号等,超声成像装置上通常会包含一些标识。目前超声成像装置上的标识通常采用两种形式:第一种是在超声成像装置外表面印刷一层丝印,第二种是利用独立光源通过导光柱透出光线。
上述两种形式的超声成像装置标识存在以下缺点:第一种丝印标记的方式,其制造方法相对简单,但仅能在正常光线下满足基本的功能要求,在光线较暗时难以保证标识清晰可见。第二种利用独立光源通过导光柱透出光线的方式,这种结构形式需要有独立的光源,结构相对复杂,成本较高,不能保证良好的发光效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种利用显示屏本身发光实现的结构简单,成本低,发光效果好的标识的超声成像装置。
本发明的一些实施例一种提供了一种超声成像装置,该超声成像装置可以包括显示屏、壳体、透光板和局部遮光元件。壳体由不透光的材料制成,并且其至少一部分覆盖显示屏的至少一部分,其中壳体的覆盖了显示屏的部分上开设有镂空孔,该镂空孔具有第一外形轮廓,并且该第一外形轮廓与需要形成的标识的外部轮廓一致。透光板由透光材料制成,设置于显示屏与壳体的覆盖了显示屏的部分之间。局部遮光元件由不透光材料制成,设置在透光板上,位于镂空孔内,并且具有第二外形轮廓,其中该局部遮光元件的第二外形轮廓与该镂空孔的第一外形轮廓之间的区域形成需要形成的标识的形状。
本发明的一些实施例中,局部遮光元件可以为局部遮光板,该局部遮光板连接到透光板上。
本发明的一些实施例中,局部遮光元件可以为局部遮光丝印,该局部遮光 丝印可以印刷在透光板上。
本发明的一些实施例中,局部遮光元件可以为局部遮光涂层,该局部遮光涂层涂覆在透光板上。
本发明的一些实施例中,透光板可以设有延伸进入该镂空孔中的延伸部,该延伸部的横截面轮廓与该镂空孔的第一外形轮廓一致,局部遮光元件设置在该延伸部的顶端面上。
本发明的一些实施例中,该延伸部的侧面与镂空孔的侧壁密封接触。
本发明的一些实施例中,该延伸部的顶端面与壳体的上表面平齐。
本发明的实施例中,显示屏发出光线后,通过透光板射出,部分光线被壳体和局部遮光元件挡住,部分光线通过壳体的镂空孔的轮廓边缘与局部遮光元件的轮廓边缘之间的区域射出,从表面看,形成标识发光效果。本超声成像装置能有效地形成发光标识,结构简单,成本低,发光效果稳定,而且能够形成内部包含与外部不连续的部分的标识。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一些实施例中,提供了一种超声成像装置,其上设有根据本发明实现的标识。本发明实施例中提供的超声成像装置可以是任何类型的超声成像装置,比如台车式超声成像装置、笔记本型便携超声成像装置、手持式超声成像装置、平板型超声成像装置、等等。为了简洁,在附图中,没有示出超声成 像装置的整体结构,而只是示意性地示出了该超声成像装置上的相应的标识相关的部分结构。
本文中,为了描述的方便,有些内容使用了“发光标识”一词。但是,应该理解,这里的“发光标识”并不能被限制性地理解为标识本身是发光的,相反,来自于其他光源的光透过该标识,使得该标识从视觉效果来看像是在发光的情况也包含在内。
本文中,所说的“标识”可以是任何类型的标识,例如任何语言类型的文字和/或字符以及图形、图案等等。
本文中,使用的“上”、“下”等表示方向的词,其表示的具体方向可以参考附图中的方向理解。
参考图1至图3,本发明一些实施例中,超声成像装置可以包括显示屏3、壳体2、透光板1和局部遮光元件4。
显示屏3可以是用于显示超声成像装置的操作界面和所获得的超声图像等等的元件,其可以是任何适合类型的显示屏,比如液晶显示屏、触摸显示屏等等。在工作时,显示屏3会发出光线。
壳体2可以是整个超声成像装置的外壳(例如,对于平板型超声成像装置或手持式超声成像装置)或者超声成像装置的显示器的外壳(例如,对于台车式超声成像装置或笔记本型便携超声成像装置)。壳体2的至少一部分覆盖了该显示屏3的至少一部分。壳体2的覆盖了该显示屏3的部分上开设有镂空孔5。该镂空孔5用于形成所需要的标识(下文详述)。该镂空孔5可以具有与所需要形成的标识的外形轮廓一致的外形轮廓。例如,参考图2和图3,当需要形成的标识是字幕“d”时,在壳体2上形成的镂空孔的外形轮廓可以为字母“d”的外部轮廓。本文中,将壳体2上的镂空孔的外形轮廓称之为“第一外形轮廓”。因此,该第一外形轮廓与需要形成的标识的外部轮廓一致。
壳体2可以由不透光的材料制成。
透光板1设置在壳体2的覆盖了该显示屏3的部分与显示屏3之间。透光板1可以由透光材料制成。
应当理解,本文中所提到的“透光材料”和“不透光材料”不应该严格按照字面的“透光”和“不透光”的意义理解,即不应该限制为严格的绝对的不透光或者严格的绝对的百分百的透光,而是应该按照本领域对于“透光”和“不 透光”的一般意义理解。例如,这里的“透光”可以包含完全透光和部分透光。
局部遮光元件4可以由不透光材料制成,其设置在透光板4上并且位于镂空孔5内。这里,所说的局部遮光元件4位于镂空孔5内可以是就在壳体2或透光板1所在的平面内或与壳体2或透光板1所在的平面平行的平面内局部遮光元件4相对于镂空孔5的位置而言的。
局部遮光元件4相应地具有使局部遮光元件4的外形轮廓与壳体2的相应镂空孔5的第一外形轮廓之间的区域形成所需要的标识的形状的外形轮廓。本文中,将局部遮光元件4的外形轮廓称之为“第二外形轮廓”。即,局部遮光元件4的第二外形轮廓与壳体2上的相应镂空孔5的第一外形轮廓之间的区域即形成了所需要的标识的形状。例如,参考图2和图3,局部遮光元件4位于镂空孔5内,二者的轮廓外形之间的区域即形成了“d”的形状。
这样,在超声成像装置工作时,显示屏3发出的光穿过透光板1。由于壳体2和局部遮光元件4不透光,因此光线将从壳体2的镂空孔5的轮廓边缘与局部遮光元件4的轮廓边缘之间的区域射出。由于如前所述,镂空孔5的第二外形轮廓与局部遮光元件4的第二外形轮廓之间的区域形成了所需要的标识的形状,因此在这种情况下,从外部的视觉效果看上去,在壳体2上即形成了所需要的发光的标识。例如,在图2和图3的实例中,在壳体2上即形成了发光的字母“d”。
类似地,可以在壳体上形成任何其他的需要的标识。
而且,根据本发明的实施例,通过镂空孔和局部遮光元件的配合,可以形成比较复杂的或者单用镂空的方法无法形成的标识。例如,参考图2和图3,其中的字母“m”的标识,可以简单的在壳体上镂空形成字母“m”的形状即可。而对于字母“d”的标识,用镂空的方法只能形成字母“d”的外部轮廓,而无法形成字母“d”。类似地,其他的内部具有与外部不连续的部分的某些字母或图形标识用镂空的方法也无法形成,例如字母“B”、“o”等等标识。而根据本发明,通过镂空孔和局部遮光元件的配合,可以实现这样的标识。
本发明的实施例中,局部遮光元件4可以使用多种形式。
例如,一些实施例中,局部遮光元件4可以是局部遮光板,其通过适合的连接方式连接到透光板1上,比如通过粘合剂粘合、焊接或通过其他相互配合的连接结构连接,等等。
一些实施例中,局部遮光元件4还可以是局部遮光丝印,其可以通过印刷的方式印刷在透光板1上。
一些实施例中,局部遮光元件4还可以是局部遮光涂层,其可以通过适合的涂敷方式涂覆到透光板1上。
参考图1和图3,本发明的一些实施例中,透光板1可以设有延伸进入壳体2的镂空孔5中的延伸部。该延伸部的横截面轮廓可以与该镂空孔5的第一外形轮廓一致。局部遮光元件4可以设置在该延伸部的顶端面上。该延伸部的顶端面可以与壳体2的上表面平齐,以形成更平滑、更美观的外形。
一些实施例中,该延伸部的侧面可以与壳体2的镂空孔5的侧壁密封接触,以防止灰尘、水或其他异物进入壳体2中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种超声成像装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏;
    壳体,所述壳体由不透光的材料制成,并且其至少一部分覆盖所述显示屏的至少一部分,其中所述壳体的覆盖了所述显示屏的部分上开设有镂空孔,所述镂空孔具有第一外形轮廓,并且所述第一外形轮廓与需要形成的标识的外部轮廓一致;
    透光板,所述透光板由透光材料制成,设置于所述显示屏与所述壳体的覆盖了所述显示屏的部分之间;
    局部遮光元件,所述局部遮光元件由不透光材料制成,设置在所述透光板上,位于镂空孔内,并且具有第二外形轮廓,其中所述局部遮光元件的第二外形轮廓与所述镂空孔的第一外形轮廓之间的区域形成所述标识的形状。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述局部遮光元件为局部遮光板,所述局部遮光板连接到所述透光板上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述局部遮光元件为局部遮光丝印,所述局部遮光丝印印刷在所述透光板上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述局部遮光元件为局部遮光涂层,所述局部遮光涂层涂覆在所述透光板上。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述透光板设有延伸进入所述镂空孔中的延伸部,所述延伸部的横截面轮廓与所述镂空孔的第一外形轮廓一致,所述局部遮光元件设置在所述延伸部的顶端面上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述延伸部的侧面与所述镂空孔的侧壁密封接触。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的超声成像装置,其特征在于:所述延伸部的顶端面 与所述壳体的上表面平齐。
