Abstract

The invention refers to a glove device that allows ironing and smoothing out every type of fabrics by using heat characterized in that it has a double layer system wherein the inner layer acts as a heat insulator for protecting the user against burning and an outer layer comprising a heat conducting system where an ironing device is installed, that allows ironing and smoothing out the fabrics in an easy, safe and quick manner.

Description

PORTABLE GLOVE FOR SMOOTHING OUT FABRICS
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention may be included in the technical field of devices for ironing or smoothing out fabrics or cloths by using heat.
More specifically, the object of the invention refers to a glove device which allows ironing and smoothing out every type of fabric by using heat in a safe and easy manner.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, there are a great amount of tools using heat for ironing and eliminating wrinkles from clothes or garments and from other type of fabrics. However, they have some drawbacks such as, for example: use thereof is not easy for any user, they are not too safe against burning, in some cases it is not possible to regulate the temperature, which avoids adapting the tool to the specific needs of each user, some of them require the use of water for operation thereof, causing vapour to be released which can create discomfort for the user and most of them are not portable.
Patent US20140230127 refers to a hand warming device that keeps the hand warmth while not inhibiting dexterity in the wearer. The heating element can be activated by flexing the fingers, causing a mixing of the composition materials, and thereby the emission of heat, thus keeping the hand and fingers warm for some hours, while leaving the palms and insides of the fingers free to perform a desired task. Patent US20080189826 refers to an electrically-heated mitten for heating golfers hands between strokes. Therefore, considering the above documents, it is necessary to find alternatives being directed to glove devices that allow smoothing out or ironing different types of fabrics or cloths by means of heat in an easier and safer way for any user. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention refers to a glove device that allows ironing and smoothing out every type of fabrics by using heat in a safe and easy manner.
Therefore, an aspect of the present invention refers to a portable glove device for ironing and smoothing out fabrics, characterized in that it comprises:
- a palm structure,
- a back structure,
- a control system in the back structure,
- an energy source in the back structure, and
- a double layer in the palm structure,
wherein the double layer comprises an outer layer with a heat conducting system being in contact with the fabric, and an inner layer in contact with the user's hand.
In a preferred embodiment the outer layer of the double layer is made of a heat conducting material, and the inner layer of the double layer is made of an insulating material for protecting the user against burning. In another preferred embodiment the heat conducting system comprises at least 5 orifices located at each of the fingers of the glove palm structure where an ironing device is inserted in.
In another preferred embodiment, the ironing device is made of a heat conducting material characterized in that it comprises an inner side with at least 5 anchoring elements complementary to the glove orifices and an outer side having a smooth surface so as to smooth out the fabrics.
In another preferred embodiment, the back structure is made of an insulating material so as to protect the control system from heat.
In another preferred embodiment, the control system comprises an on and off button, a temperature regulator, a panel indicating the device temperature and a charge led indicator. In a last preferred embodiment the energy source is a battery being rechargeable by means of a USB cable.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG 1 . It is a view of the back structure of the right hand glove.
FIG 2. It is a palm structure of the glove of the right hand glove.
FIG 3. It is a view of the inner side of the ironing device of the right hand.
FIG 4. It is a view of the outer side of the ironing device of the right hand.
FIG 5. It is a view of the back structure of the left hand glove.
FIG 6. It is a view of the palm structure of the left hand glove.
FIG 7. It is a view of the inner side of the ironing device of the left hand.
FIG 8. It is a view of the outer side of the ironing device of the left hand. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The following is a description of a preferred embodiment of the invention based on the attached FIGs 1 to 8. It should be noted that the images are not to scale, the dimensions, shapes and materials of the components may vary.
FIG 1 shows a view of the back structure (2) of the right hand glove (3) where the control system is arranged comprising the on button (4), the rechargeable battery (5), USB port (6), temperature indicating display (7), temperature regulating buttons (8) and a led indicating the charge level (9). It also shows the palm structure (1 ) of the device.
FIG 2 shows a view of the palm structure (1 ) of the right hand glove where the anchoring orifices (10) of the ironing device are arranged, which in this preferred embodiment is hand-shaped. FIG 3 shows a view of the inner side of the ironing device of the right hand representing the anchoring elements (1 1 ) being complementary to the glove orifices.
