本发明涉及物联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于扬声器的告警系统及方法。
背景技术
随着城市的快速发展,城市的高层建筑越来越多,相应地城市的电梯事故也越来越多。电梯这个被称为城市最安全的高层交通工具已不再安全,城市的电梯事故渐渐演变成“城市病”。在实践中发现,当某一个高层建筑的电梯在深夜发生故障时,如果电梯的故障往往无法及时被外界知晓,从而很容易造成被困人员的生命危险。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种基于扬声器的告警系统及方法,能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑的电梯发生故障,防止造成被困人员的生命危险。
本发明实施例第一方面公开一种基于扬声器的告警系统,包括:
电梯报警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息;
所述电梯报警平台,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息判断所述高层建筑的电梯是否发生故障,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及发生故障的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;

在图1所示的一种基于扬声器的告警系统中,电梯报警平台在其所在城市的某一高层建筑的电梯发生故障时,将发生故障的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称及发生故障的该高层建筑周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,户外扬声器监控平台判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工 作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括发生故障的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称的电梯故障告警语音,电梯报警平台从发生故障的该高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;目标扬声器设备输出该电梯故障告警语音。可以使外界通过扬声器设备及时知晓某个高层建筑的电梯发生故障,防止造成被困人员的生命危险。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种基于扬声器的告警方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该一种基于扬声器的告警方法可以包括:
201、电梯报警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息。
202、所述电梯报警平台针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息判断所述高层建筑的电梯是否发生故障,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及发生故障的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称。
203、所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音,所述电梯故障告警语音包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称。
204、所述户外扬声器监控平台向所述电梯报警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信息用于指示电梯故障告警语音已发送。
205、所述电梯报警平台从发生故障的所述高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用。
206、所述目标扬声器设备输出所述电梯故障告警语音。
其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音包括:
调用所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有告警语音允许接收时段,如果所述目标扬声器设备设 置的通讯端口设置有告警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述告警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的告警方法中,所述方法还包括:
所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述电梯故障告警语音;
所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述电梯故障告警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的告警方法中,所述通知消息还包括被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的告警方法中,所述通知消息还包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间。
在图2所示的基于扬声器的告警方法中,电梯报警平台在其所在城市的某一高层建筑的电梯发生故障时,将发生故障的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称及发生故障的该高层建筑周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,户外扬声器监控平台判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括发生故障的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称的电梯故障告警语音,电梯报警平台从发生故障的该高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;目标扬声器设备输出该电梯故障告警语音。可以使外界通过扬声器设备及时知晓某个高层建筑的电梯发生故障,防止造成被困人员的生命危险。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种基于扬声器的告警系统,其特征在于,包括:
    电梯报警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息;
    所述电梯报警平台,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息判断所述高层建筑的电梯是否发生故障,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及发生故障的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音,所述电梯故障告警语音包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,还用于向所述电梯报警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信息用于指示电梯故障告警语音已发送;
    所述电梯报警平台,还用于从发生故障的所述高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;
    所述目标扬声器设备,用于输出所述电梯故障告警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音包括:
    调用所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有告警语音允许接收时段,如果所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有告警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述告警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于扬声器的告警系统,其特征在于:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,还用于在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述电梯故障告警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备,用于播放所述电梯故障告警语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的基于扬声器的告警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于扬声器的告警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间。
  5. 一种基于扬声器的告警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    电梯报警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息;
    所述电梯报警平台针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑的电梯运行状态信息判断所述高层建筑的电梯是否发生故障,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及发生故障的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音,所述电梯故障告警语音包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台向所述电梯报警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信 息用于指示电梯故障告警语音已发送;
    所述电梯报警平台从发生故障的所述高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;
    所述目标扬声器设备输出所述电梯故障告警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送电梯故障告警语音包括:

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于扬声器的告警方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述电梯故障告警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述电梯故障告警语音。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的基于扬声器的告警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述被困在发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯内的人员数量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于扬声器的告警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间;所述电梯故障告警语音还包括所述发生故障的所述高层建筑的电梯故障发生时间。
