Abstract
L'invention concerne une soupape de régulation de siège unique de tuyau ondulé à revêtement de fluor pneumatique, comprenant un corps de soupape (1), un couvercle de soupape (2), une tige de soupape (3), et un noyau de soupape (4), le corps de soupape (1) étant en outre pourvu d'un orifice de connexion de montage (7), l'orifice de connexion de montage (7) étant pourvu d'une bride intermédiaire (9); une section intermédiaire d'un passage d'eau entre une entrée et une sortie (5, 6) du corps de soupape (1) est pourvue d'une face d'extrémité d'étanchéité (10) coopérant avec le noyau de soupape (4); le noyau de soupape (4) est fixé à une extrémité de la tige de soupape (3), et le noyau de soupape (4) est disposé à l'intérieur du corps de soupape (1); l'orifice de connexion de montage (7) est reliée au couvercle de soupape (2) par l'intermédiaire de la bride intermédiaire (9), et un mécanisme d'étanchéité de remplissage (11) est disposé entre le couvercle de soupape (2) et la partie supérieure de la tige de soupape (3); un tuyau ondulé en polytétrafluoroéthylène (13) est disposé sur la tige de soupape (3) à l'intérieur du corps de soupape (1), et deux extrémités du tuyau ondulé en polytétrafluoroéthylène (13) s'appuient respectivement contre une face d'extrémité intérieure du couvercle de soupape (2) et une face d'extrémité du noyau de soupape (4); et un actionneur pneumatique (36) est relié de manière fixe, par l'intermédiaire d'un support (35), à une extrémité supérieure du corps de soupape (1), et une extrémité de sortie de l'actionneur pneumatique (36) est reliée de manière fixe à une extrémité supérieure de la tige de soupape (3). Le tuyau ondulé en polytétrafluoroéthylène est utilisé comme premier joint d'étanchéité pour protéger un fluide contre les fuites au niveau de la tige de la soupape. La soupape commandée pour être ouverte ou fermée par l'actionneur pneumatique rend ses courses précises, sûres et fiables.
